Would you say that December is usually a month of doing things out of your bodies comfort zone…?

Would you agree that you

  • Drank a lot more
  • Ate foods that you have not eaten in a while,
  • Or ate more then you normally do
  • You even stayed up longer and ate later.

Most of you would agree we were out of our normal routine.  Did you know the average person will gain between 5-8 pounds during all of these festivities?

Now, is a great time to start and cleanse some of what the Christmas holidays have given us… all yummy stuff!
